A Shocking Revelation

electric-copyI have never quite understood it, but people tend to like this piece a lot. It is one of my earliest fractal works and over time I have heard a lot of different interpretations as to what it could be. Therefore I am not going to editorialize on that, but instead say this week there is also a bonus Digital Work of mine…I have been working with animating mathematical functions in order to create some interesting effects and this might be amusing to some people, but below is the equation y=400sin(t) animated.(click for animation)

  1. Great work. The first one is awesome, I can see why people like it. It’s based on vector analysis of the paths and movement of a ball and a roulette table. It’s awesome!

  2. First off sorry for the delayed response, I was on hiatus due to the various insanities of life…I am glad you like it…It seems people always seem to enjoy the fractals which I don’t particularly think to be of specific merit, and a roulette table is quite a new interpretation, but I rather like it.
